The inaugural 40.38-meter Ocean King Doge 400 superyacht was delivered in a special ceremony held in Chioggia, Italy. The event, organized in partnership with AUDI, offered select clients an exclusive opportunity to explore the yacht up close.
Following its launch last month, the explorer yacht—Ocean King’s flagship—showcases an exterior design by Alessandro Lottici of Design aLOT, interiors by BURDISSOCAPPONI Yachts & Design, and naval architecture by InNave.
Boasting a volume of 428 GT and an 8.5-meter beam, the first Doge 400 can accommodate up to 10 guests within its five stateroom layout, supported by a crew of seven housed in four crew cabins.
One of the standout features of the Doge 400 is its expansive main deck, which includes an open-plan main saloon surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, offering expansive views and abundant natural light. The upper deck features a formal dining room that flows seamlessly onto the sundeck, which is outfitted with a bar and swimming pool.
The yacht also boasts a spacious beach club area, complete with two fold-down balconies that provide panoramic views and direct access to the water. Additionally, the full-displacement yacht is equipped with two garages—one at the stern and another at the bow.
In terms of performance, the Doge 400 is powered by twin MAN engines, delivering a cruising speed of 13 knots and a top speed of 16 knots. The vessel has a range of 5,500 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots.
The first Ocean King Doge 400 was moved out of the shipyard in February 2024 to make way for the construction of the second unit, which is currently underway in Chioggia and scheduled for delivery in 2025.
This inaugural Doge 400 is set to make its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show next month.
